WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE:

LEAVE OF ABSENCE/CLASS DROP/CANCELLATIONS:
Students are required to give a 2 week notice (14 CALENDAR DAYS) if you need to drop a class or will be taking a leave of absence. Once you enroll for class you are entering into a business relationship with the instructor, and are expected and obligated to follow a common-sense, courteous and responsible course of action. Students who abandon the class by not showing up when tuition is due will automatically be charged for the entire month in full, plus a $15 per week late fee. In addition you will be charged for collection costs, including all costs of mailing notices, court costs, attorney fees and legal expenses.
It is not acceptable to quit lessons by just not showing up! You will be charged for the entire month plus late fees and collection costs.
ABSENCES/NO SHOWS/CANCELLATIONS ON TUITION DUE DATE:
A $15.00 late fee is charged to student. Students absent from 2 classes in a row with no contact to the instructor will be dropped from the schedule completely with no refunds, makeup class or credit.
There is no “24 hour” or “48 hour policy.” If you cancel or do not show up for any reason, you will be charged in full for the scheduled class time. Class prices are based on a four week flat rate, not how many classes a student actually attends. There will be no “credits” for cancellations. We do not “carry over” make-up lessons to the next month. If you are unable or cannot reschedule a class due to your own schedule limitations, you forfeit the class. If you are absent or cancel the class, your monthly tuition payment is still due on time for the following month and we don’t “extend” tuition due to missed or cancelled classes by the student.
If the instructor cancels the class, you will not be charged and tuition will be extended.
ALL STUDENTS UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN. NO EXCEPTIONS.
